摘要
线条结构是简单多面体最基本的结构。在立体视觉中,从简单多面体的透视图象中提取线条结构对于以后的对应点匹配、识别和理解是非常关键的一步。本文提出了一种新的以多面体边缘结构信息为基础提取多面体线条结构的方法。本文利用两步边缘跟踪以及边缘重整等方法进行多面体特征顶点和连接关系的求解,建立了多面体两维特征描述,从而即使在物体图象尺寸较小的情况下也能得到令人满意的结果。
Line structure is the most basic structure for a simple polyhedron. In stereo vision, the line structure extraction from a perspective view of a simple polyhedron is the key step for later corresponding problem, recognition and understanding. This paper presents a new method which is based on edge structure information to obtain a line structure of a polyhedron. Using the two-step edge following and edge mending this method finds feature vertices and their structural relations and creates two-dimensional feature description of a polyhedron. It can give a satisfactory result even under the situation of smaller image size of an object.
