海马代谢型谷氨酸受体与学习记忆的关系研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 海马是学习记忆的关键部位。海马部位突触传递效能长时程增强的发现及其形成机理的探讨 ,使学习记忆的研究提高到细胞和分子水平。以往研究多认为海马离子型谷氨酸受体与长时程增强的诱导有关 ,而海马代谢型谷氨酸受体在学习记忆中的作用较少被研究和提及。作者总结了近年来国内外该领域研究的最新进展 。
