摘要
本文用MOS电路模拟一个生物神经细胞,并构成人工神经元网络。文中还给出了神经元电路的调整和测试方法。其测试结果表明这些电路能较好地模拟神经细胞的生物功能。
In the paper, a biological neuron is simulated by means of MOS circuits, and a artificial neural network is constructed. In addition, a method of adjusting and measuring the neural circuit is given. The result of measurement shows that these circuits can simulate the biological function of neural cells quite well.
