摘要
戴明奖、波多里奇奖与欧洲质量奖是当今世界上最著名和最有影响的质量奖。通过对三大质量奖各自的理论框架、考察项目和标准的对比及整体的分析与评价,我们可以得到启示:不仅要在理论和体系上学习世界先进奖项,更要在实践中不断完善并建立起有自己特色的国家质量奖。
Deming prize, Baldrige award and European Quality award are the most prestigious and influential quality recognition in the world. By comparing respectively their frameworks, items as well as criteria and analyzing entirely the three awards, we can easily conclude that not only do we have to absorb the essences of advanced quality awards in theory, we also should better and build up a national quality award with distinctive Chinese characters in practice.
