摘要 本文提出了双调谐回路是实现宽带微波和毫米波IMPATT功率放大的有效方法,在对放大器的小信号和大信号特性分别进行了详细的理论分析后,获得了电路参数与放大器宽带特性之间的规律,理论结果与实验相符. It is proposed that double-tuned circuit can improve the bandwidth of microwave and millimeter-wave IMPATT amplifier. The small and large signal characteristics of the amplifier are analyzed in detail and the conditions to realize the maximum bandwidth are given after the relationship between circuit parameters and broadband characteristic is discussed. The theoretical results are verified by the experiments.
