The structure and working principles of the machine of making particles are introduced. The key parts are designed. By the force analysis,the conditions to seize the material are defined,and the relation between the layer thickness of the material 'b' and the seize angle 'α' and the diameter are determined. The paper provides scientific basis for designing the machine of making particles reasonably.
