摘要
社会资本在农村劳动力流动中有其负面效应,具体表现为:1.从总体上看,社会网络的高度同质性导致该群体垂直流动受阻;2.网络成员的内讧导致部分个体正常利益受损;3.最为典型的是,相当一部分外出农村女性受亲友、同乡之骗被拐卖或被迫从事卖淫活动等。
This paper analyzes three kinds of negative effects of social capital in mobility of rural laborers. The first is upward job mobility blocked by the high alikeness of socia network; the second is present occupation repelled by the jealous mentation of some members in the same social network; the third is rural fluid wommen forced to sell their own bodies under the threat of their relatives、friends and fellow-villagers.
