在对我国私营资本发展作一般历史认识的基础上,探讨了党的十六大之后私营资本发展的潜在变化,并从制度层面提出了在消除思想观念歧视,加快金融创新,健全社会保障制度等方面,完善我国私营资本功能的几点可行措施.
With our constitution as a protection for the private property in China,the function of the private capital will be released again . In light of the history of the development of the private capital,the paper looks into the latent change of the private capital after the sixteenth congress of the Communist Party of China, and put forwards a few feasibility measures of system on perfecting the function of the private capital.
