洛伐他汀对冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能的影响

Effect of lovastatin on the endothelium function of blood vessel in coronary heart disease complicated with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus

目的 :研究洛伐他汀对冠心病合并 2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法 :分别检测 32例冠心病合并 2型糖尿病患者给予洛伐他汀治疗前后血糖、血脂 ,用高分辨血管外彩色多普勒测定肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能。结果 :治疗前后比较血脂和肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能均有显著性改善 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能改善的程度与患者血 TC和 L DL降低的程度呈负相关关系 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :洛伐他汀保护内皮功能 。

Objective:To study the effect of lovastatin on the endothelium function of blood vessel in coronary heart disease complicated with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus.Methods:32 cases of coronary heart disease complicated with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus were investigated.Before and after treatment,the blood glucose and blood lipids were measured.The diastole function of artery endothelium was detected by the high vision color ultrasoundgraphy.Results:The significant improvement of blood lipids and the diastole function of artery endothelium was found after the treatment (P<0.01).The improvement degree of diastole function showed the negative correlation with the decrease degree of blood TC and LDL (P<0.05).Conclusion:Lovastatin can preserve endothelium function and has the value in treating coronary heart disease complicated with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus.
