黄芪与丹参注射液辅助治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床观察

Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy with Integrated Milkvetch Root and Red Sage Root Injections

目的 :观察在西医治疗的基础上联合黄芪与丹参注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病 (DN)的疗效。方法 :将70例早期DN患者随机分为对照组和治疗组 ,对照组为常规西医治疗 ,治疗组加用黄芪与丹参注射液。比较两组总疗效、症状改善率、尿白蛋白排泄率 (UAER)、Scr、TC、TG和血液流变学变化。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 88.5 7% ,明显高于对照组的 5 4 .2 9% (P <0 .0 1) ;各种症状明显改善 ,改善率 90 %以上 ,明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ;两组UAER均明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,但治疗组比对照组更为明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组Scr、TC、TG和血液流变学指标均明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,但对照组上述指标降低不明显 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :黄芪与丹参注射液结合西医治疗早期DN疗效显著 ,可降低UAER、改善肾功能、血脂和血液流变学。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of integrated milkvetch root and red sage root injections with western medicine in treating patients with early diabetic nephropathy(EDN).Methods:Seventy patients with EDN were randomized into treatment group and control group.The clinical effective rates, symptoms amelioration rates, and the changes of urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER), serum creatinine(Scr), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG) and hemodynamic parameters were compared between two groups.Results:The overall effective rate (88.57%) of the treatment group was significantly higher than thatof control group(54.29%)(P<0.01). After four weeks of follow-up, symptoms in the treatment group were ameliorated in more than 90% of patients, which were significantly higher than that in control group respectively(P<0.05,P<0.01). UAER in both groups significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01), but the decrement in the treatment group was significantly superior than that in control group(P<0.05). The levels of Scr, TC, TG, and the indices of hemodynamics significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01) in the treatment group, while no significant change was found in control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy integrated milkvetch root and red sage root injections with western medicine is effective for patients with EDN. It decreases UAER and improves renal function, hyperlipidemia and hemodynamic parameters.
