摘要
军队医院应急机动卫勤力量应依据平战时所担负的各项卫勤保障任务 ,结合医院自身特点 ,在组织准备、制度建设、战备训练等方面 ,通过严密组织和科学管理 ,不断提高快速反应能力和应急保障能力 ,确保在突发事件和应急作战的卫生救援工作中 ,能充分发挥组织、技术、人员和装备的优势 ,提高机动卫勤力量的应急救援水平。同时 ,积极开展军事医学理论、军事医学技术和卫勤装备的研究 。
In accordance with mission in peace time and war time, by organization and management on organizational preparation, construction of system, training of war preparedness, emergency mobile medical services in military hospital should raise rapid reaction ability and emergency support ability, take advantage of organization, technology and equipment, raise ability of rescue in sudden events and emergency fighting. At the same time, do research on theory of military medicine, military medical technology and medical equipment to enhance construction of talents team and informationization under high tech.
