Establishing Theoretical Distribution Model of Landing Base Classification and Evacuation Hospital

目的 :充分发挥登陆基地分类后送医院合理衔接各方向的伤员流、快速转换运输方式等功能 ,为战时登陆基地分类后送医院的配置提供方法学参考。方法 :根据军事后勤环境、伤员后送需求、卫生资源及地理条件等影响因素 ,运用数学模型规划医院在整个保障机构网络中适宜的配置 ,综合应用解析法及模糊加权择近法建立登陆基地分类后送医院配置位置的数学模型。结果 :首先运用解析法 确定伤员流的理论重心位置 ,再根据各影响因素运用模糊加权择近法进行调整 ,得到优化解 ,并举例求解最佳的部署方案。结论 :两种方法优势互补 。

Objective: take advantage of landing base classification and evacuation hospital's roll of linking wounded flows and shifting transport method, give reference to distribution of evacuation hospital. Methods: in accordance with military logistics circumstance, need for evacuation, medical resource and geography condition, apply mathematic model to plan the proper distribution of hospital in network of medical support, apply analytics and fuzzy method to establish model of distribution of landing base classification and evacuation hospitals. Results: locate the theoretic barycenter of wounded flow with analytics, then adjust the location with fuzzy method to achieve the best answer, and give an example. Conclusions: two methods are mutually complementary to meet the need for war.
