广东边防总队医院是深圳经济特区内的部队医院 ,近两年来 ,医院以改革创新为动力 ,呈现了多元化可持续发展格局。主要经验是 :1.眼光向外 ,不怕露短 ,敢于竞争 ;2 .坚持高起点 ,找准突破口 ,实现数字化 ;3.突出部队特色 ,有所为 ,有所不为 ;4 .更新观念 ,突破框框 ,走多元化发展之路 ;5 .把握方向 ,坚持为兵服务 ,提高保障能力 ;6 .建文明窗口 ,树服务形象 ,创优质品牌 ;7.阳光操作、公开透明 ,后勤保障社会化 ;8.创新机制、大胆放权 ,营造拴心留人的环境 ;9.以人为本 。
Guangdong general team hospital of frontier guards is a military hospital located in Shenzhen special zone. In recent 2 years, it developed continuously and multivariately driving by innovation. The author summarized its experiences as followed: Firstly, seeing outward, being fearless of defects and dared for competing. Secondly, adhering to high beginning, seeking for breakthrough and realizing digital. Thirdly, giving prominence to the characteristics of troops and do something more important. Fourthly, changing idea to develop multivariately. Fifthly, sticking to serving soldiers and raising ability of medical support. Sixthly, establishing window for civilization, setting up serving image and create high quality brand. Seventhly, being open for socialized support of logistics. Eighthly, creating new circumstance by innovation system. Ninthly, establishing special hospital culture person-oriented.
