华东地区军队人员卫生服务需要及利用研究

Research on Need of Health Services and Utilization in Military Members in East China

目的 :研究我国军队人员卫生服务需要及利用的基本情况和特点 ,为卫生资源的优化配置提供科学依据。方法 :采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样 ,在我国华东地区调查了 2 10 0名军队人员。数据分析用 SPSS11.0统计分析软件包。结果 :干部两周患病率、半年慢性病患病率显著高于战士 (χ2两周 =2 8.96 ,P<0 .0 1,χ2慢性 =5 9.11,P<0 .0 1)。门诊服务利用主要集中在团卫生队、营卫生所各占 4 8.19%、19.76 %。住院服务利用主要集中在驻军医院 ,占住院总人数的 6 0 .2 3%。结论 :建议应在做好军队人员日常防病工作的同时 ,加强对军队人员的健康教育 ;卫生管理机构应加大对基层部队卫生资源的投入及卫生服务保障的力度 。

Objective: Do research on basic condition and character of health services need and utilization in military members and offered scientific advices for optimizing the allocation of health resources. Methods: Multistage stratified cluster sampling was conducted, and a total of 2 100 military members in East China were sampled. Survey data were analyzed by SPSS11.0 software package. Results: The two-week illness prevalence of the officers was significantly higher than that of the soldiers ( χ 2=28.96, P <0.01). The chronic illness within six months of the officers was significantly higher than that of the soldiers( χ 2= 59.11 , P <0.01). The utilization of clinic visits was mainly in regiment medical team and battalion medical corpsman, and each accounted for 48.19%、19.76%, respectively. The hospitalization was mainly in garrison hospitals, among of total inpatients accounted for 60.23%. Conclusions: More attention should be paid on the prevention of common diseases as well as health education. The health management institutions should enforce investment on health resources of the military at the basic level to meet the primary requirement of the military members.
