1012名海训官兵健康教育需求调查及对策研究

Investigation and Countermeasures on Need for Health Education in 1012 Army Men in Sea Training

目的 :了解部队官兵健康知识水平 ,加强健康教育 ,普及卫生知识。方法 :采取整群抽样法无记名问卷的形式 ,对驻闽10 12名参加海训的陆军、海军和特种兵官兵的健康教育需求、卫生知识等方面进行调查分析。结果 :官兵健康教育需求比较迫切 ,新兵和老兵卫生知识水平有显著差异 (P<0 .0 0 0 1) ,不同军兵种之间卫生知识水平无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :应采取形式多样的健康教育 ,普及卫生常识 ,提高全体指战员的健康意识。特别是对新入伍战士要加强生活常识、生理与心理卫生、传染病防治、营养与饮食卫生等方面的教育 。

Objective:Know the knowledge of health in troops,enforce the health education.Methods:The sample and nameless survey were used in this investigation. The author investigated and analyzed the need for health education and knowledge in 1 012 army men from land forces, navy and special troops stationed in Fujian province. Results:The result shows the need for health education is urgent. The difference of health knowledge between recruits and veteran is of great significance( P <0.0001). There is no obvious difference between various forces( P >0.05).Conclusion:It shows that we should take varieties of health education to popularize the common sense of health and raise the consciousness of health on army men. Especially enforcing education on new recruits with general knowledge of life, physiological health, psychological health , prevention of infectious diseases, alimentation and health in diet to make them foster good habit in health and psychology from then on.
