摘要
目的研究菊苣提取物N2对高尿酸高甘油三酯血症鹌鹑血尿酸血酯的影响。方法用酵母高尿酸高甘油三酯血症鹌鹑模型,观察菊苣提取物N2对模型血清中尿酸、甘油三酯、黄嘌呤氧化酶、一氧化氮的作用。结果与对照组相比,菊苣提取物N2三个剂量组血清尿酸,甘油三酯及一氧化氮水平明显降低,其高、中剂量还能降低血清黄嘌呤氧化酶活性。结论菊苣提取物具有降低高尿酸高甘油三酯血症鹌鹑血尿酸、血脂的作用。
s:Objective To study the effect of Cichorii Extract(CE)N2 on quail with hyperuricemia and hypertriglyceridemia.Methods Quail models were established by feeding of yeast.Effect of CE N2 on biochemical parameters such as serum uric acid,triglyceride,nitric oxide(NO),xanthine oxidase(XOD),etc.were observed dynamically.Results As compared with the control group,CE N2 in three different dosages decreased serum uric acid,triglyceride and NO;CE N2 in high and low dosage could also lower the serum activity of XOD.Conclusion CE N2 can lower serum uric acid and triglycercide levels in quails with hyperuricemia and hypertriglyceridemia.
