The civilization development trace of Yangtse river area in modern China,from 1840 to 1949, showed the evolution clue of the area which was from material civilization to political system civilization to sprit civilization .The power of civilization progress came from not only the influence of western civilization but also the innovation of Chinese traditional culture .The success of civilization variety influenced the later environment of modern Chinaese politics,modern Chinese economy,modern Chinese culture and so on .
