氧化电位水与三氯异氰尿酸泡腾速溶片的消毒效果比较

Comparative Study on the Disinfectant Effect of Oxidized Electrolytic Water(OEW) and Trichloroisocyanuric Acid Xiao Du Ling,XDL

目的 通过氧化电位水与三氯异氰尿酸泡腾速溶片 (消毒灵液 )对物体表面消毒效果的比较 ,以寻找更安全有效的消毒剂。方法 用氧化电位水、1%消毒灵液分别对灼伤科治疗台面进行擦拭消毒 ,并按消毒技术规范进行采样。同时将两种消毒液对工作人员的眼、鼻及咽部的不适感进行评分。结果 氧化电位水与 1%消毒灵液对台面上微生物的杀灭率分别为 10 0 %和 87 2 %。两种消毒液对医务人员的不适感评分分别为 (2 0 6± 1 0 2 )分、(6 82± 1 2 4 )分。结论 氧化电位水具有强大的杀菌作用 ,对人体无毒、无刺激、对环境无污染 ,极大地保护了医护人员的身心健康 ,是一种绿色、环保的高效杀菌消毒剂。

Objective To study the effect of OEW so as to find a safe and effective disinfectant.Methods Disinfection of the treatment table in Burn unit wasdcne with OEW or XDL and samples were picked according to the usual disinfection routine. Disconfort scores were recorded among the staff using the two liquids.Results 100% bacteria were killed by OEW and 87.2% were killed by XDL. The discomfort score was 2.06±1.02 using OEW and 6.82±1.24 using 1% XDL respectively.Conclusion OEW has stronger disinfecant effect without any burm to staff's health.
