摘要
深入揭示刺五加无性繁殖的特点,为刺五加种群的扩散和持续稳定提供依据,用实验生态学定位研究和野外样方及挖掘的方法,对三个群落中刺五加的无性繁殖器官——根茎的分布、各器官间的能量分配以及干扰对刺五加无性系小株发生的影响进行了研究。结果表明:(1)山杨林,蒙古栎林和硬阔叶林中,刺五加的根茎分布、无性系小株数量及其间距离、各器官的能量分配都有差异。这种差异与其遗传性有关,也受所在群落生境的影响;(2)切断根茎可以促进刺五加无性系小株的发生。
The rhizome feature and its distribution, energy allocation among organs and the effect of disturbance on ramets emergence of Acanthopanax senticosus in three communities were studied by the method of experimental ecology and field investigation, Results showed:(1) The feature and distribution of rhizomes and energy allocation among organes of Acanthopanax senticosus are different among 3 communities. They are related to the habitat of communities. (2) Cutting the rhizomes can promote the emergence of ramets.
