摘要
按照国标《GB1972-80》三个刚度系列的要求。对碟形弹簧进行了优化设计,求得了使标函数安装容积效率极大化的几何参数及相应的设计应力,为碟簧的合理设计及材料选择提供了理论依据。
<abstract> According to three toughness series requirmenss the National Standard 《GB 1972-80》, efficiency of install volumeof disk springs is used as an objective function in order to attainoptimum geometric size and appropriate design stress of diskspring. Therefore theoretical basis is provided for rationaldesign of disk spring and rational selection of material.
