摘要
对V形砧锻造作了试验研究,比较了几种形砧对锻坯的压实效果;总结了大型发电机转子的V形砧锻造经验;提出了大型轴类锻件采用V形砧锻制的新方法,采用它可以简化锻造工序,大大改善锻件质量,提高成品率,降低成本。
<abstract> The effects of various cwages on compacting billets arecompared. By experiment, the experiencl in forging huge rotatorson V-anvil has been summarised, and a new method to forgeheavy billets is presented, by which the forging operation is simpli-fied, the quality improved, the rate of finished products increasedand the cost reduced.
