摘要
目的 探讨胃癌患者血清瘦素及体脂的变化。方法 检测 49例胃癌患者和 5 3例正常对照的血清瘦素和体脂 ,并检测胃癌患者手术后一天和七天的血清瘦素。结果 胃癌组和正常对照组的血清瘦素与体脂均呈正相关 ,胃癌患者瘦素和体脂水平均较正常低。术后血清瘦素短暂增高 ,一周时间恢复至术前水平。结论 胃癌患者瘦素水平降低 ,并与体脂相关 ,手术对胃癌患者瘦素有短暂影响。
Objective To investigate the alteration of serum leptin and body fat in patients with gastric cancer. Methods The serum leptin and body fat were detected in 49 gastric cancer patients and 53 normal control people, and the serum leptin was also detected in gastric cancer patients after operation 1 day and 7 days. Results Serum leptin and body fat had a positive correlation both in patient group and control group, however, which in patient group were both lower than those in control group. The serum leptin level in patients increased transiently after operation and came back to the preoperative level for 7 days. Conclusions The serum leptin level decreased in patients with gastric cancer, which correlates with body fat. And surgical intervention may have a short effect on the leptin level in patients with gastric cancer.
