摘要
目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声心动图评价新生儿心脏杂音的价值。方法 对 72例心脏听诊有杂音的新生儿进行彩色多普勒超声心动图检查并随访至 3岁。结果 心脏结构或血流异常 5 4例 ,1 8例心脏结构及血流未见异常。结论 彩色多普勒超声心动图能鉴别新生儿杂音的性质及来源 。
Objective To study the value of color echocardiography for appraisement of neonatal heart murmurs.Methods A total of 72 neonatal with heart murmurs umderwent color echocardiography were followed up to 3 years old.Results Fifty four cases had abnormal heart structures,or blood flows and 18 cases had normal hearts.Conclusions The quality and source of neonatal heart murmurs can be indentified by color echocardiography.which is the first choice method in early diagnosis of heart diseases.
