摘要
目的 通过高频超声诊断早期白内障 ,以提高对早期白内障的诊治水平。方法 采用 ATL- HDI5 0 0 0高频彩色超声诊断仪 ,探头频率 5~ 1 2 MHz。观察晶状体形态的改变及内部回声。结果 早期白内障的超声改变主要是晶状体周边部出现斑点状强回声。80例老年性白内障 ,1 6 0只眼超声检查诊断符合率为 98%。结论 高频超声检查可以全面地了解晶状体浑浊的状况 ,对不能散瞳者更有价值。因此 。
Objective To raise the diagnostic standard of high frequency ultrasound for early senile cataract.Methods High frequency color ultrasound diagnostic apparatus(ATL HDI 5000)was used to visualize the shape and interior echoes of the lens.Results The main ultrasonic features manifested was diffuse enhanced spot echoes around the lens.The diagnostic accuracy rate of ultrasound was 98% in 80 senile cataract cases(160 eyes).Conclusions We can completely recognise the turbidity of the lens with ultrasound.High frequency ultrasound is a way of diagnosing early senile cataract.
