细小线虫属Gracilacus中国3个新记录种的描述

Description of three new recorded species of Gracilacus in China

1998～2001年从我国北方地区植物根际土壤线虫标本中鉴定出细小属线虫6个种,描述其中的3个新记录种:拉氏细小线虫Gracilacusraskii虫体较短,头区圆形,尾末端钝圆、有的有指状突,口针较短(52～60μm),EP=60～68μm,无受精囊,雄虫头区圆形,尾端钝圆。斯氏细小线虫G.steineri虫体中等,头区圆形,末端平钝,尾端钝尖,口针中等(64～70μm),EP=70～80μm,受精囊长圆形,雄虫头区圆形,尾端钝尖或有一尖突。真实细小线虫G.vera虫体较长,头区圆形、末端平钝,侧唇明显突出,尾末端钝尖、略有指状突,口针较长(74～82μm),EP=68～76μm,受精囊卵圆形,雄虫未见。

Three species of Gracilacus in China were described in this paper. They were Gracilacus raskii, G.steineri and G.vera. Female of Gracilacus raskii was characterized by shorter body, round head, tail terminus bluntly round or with finger-like point, shorter stylet(52～60μm), EP=60～68μm, no spermatheca, and male with round head and bluntly round tail. G.steineri was distinguished from the closely resembling species by female with middle body and stylet(64～70μm), round head with flatted end, EP=70～80μm, oblong spermatheca, tail end bluntly point, male with round head and bluntly point tail tip. G.vera was found female with round head flatted end, lateral cephalic set-up obviously, tail end bluntly tip or finger-like point , longer stylet(74～82μm), EP=68～76μm, oval spermatheca, male no found.
