经皮给药辅助治疗小儿肺炎的疗效观察及护理

Clinical Therapeutic Outcome of Transdermal Drug Administration for Pneumonia in Young Children

目的 探讨经皮给药对小儿肺炎的辅助治疗效果。方法 将 340例肺炎患儿随机分为对照组 (15 6例 )、治疗组 (184例 ) ;对照组行对症、抗感染等常规治疗和护理 ,治疗组行以上处理的同时辅以经皮给药治疗。结果 对照组治愈 80例 ,好转 4 8例 ,总有效率 82 .0 5 % ,平均住院日 9.4 5d ;治疗组治愈 132例 ,好转 39例 ,总有效率 92 .94 % ,平均住院日 6 .5 0d ;治疗组与对照组疗效比较 ,P <0 .0 1,差异有显著性意义。结论 提示经皮给药辅助治疗小儿肺炎 ,可提高治愈率 ,缩短住院日数。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic outcome of transdermal drug administration for the treatment of pneumonia in young children.Methods 340 patients with pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=184)who received routine treatment,and the study group(n=156)who received transdermal drug administration in addition to routine treatment.Results Of the 156 patients in the control group,80 patient were cured and the condition of 48 patients improved with an overall curative rate of 82.05% and mean hospitalization of 9.45 days;of the 184 patients in the study group, 132 patients were cured and the condition of 39 patients improved with an overall rate of 92.94% and mean hospitalization of 6.50 days, the difference between the two groups was very significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Transdermal drug administration as an accessory treatment for pneumonia helps improve the curative rate and shorten hospital stay.
