前列腺特异性抗原误差的相关因素分析

摘要 目的 探讨前列腺直肠指检和尿道膀胱镜检对血清前列腺特异性抗原 (prostatespecificantigen ,PSA)和游离前列腺特异性抗原 (freeprostatespecificantigen ,FPSA)的影响。方法 采用放射免疫方法对 32例前列腺增生患者测定前列腺直肠指检和尿道膀胱镜检前后的血清前列腺特异性抗原 (prostatespecificantigen ,PSA)和游离前列腺特异性抗原 (FPSA)的水平变化。结果 血清前列腺特异性抗原和游离前列腺特异性抗原的水平在前列腺直肠指检后分别为 (3.0 15± 1.0 72 )ng/ml、(1.974± 0 .6 78)ng/ml,显著高于前列腺直肠指检前的水平 ,分别为 (2 .85 2±1 0 2 7)ng/ml、(1.72 4± 0 .5 96 )ng/ml(P <0 .0 0 5 )。同样 ,血清前列腺特异性抗原和游离前列腺特异性抗原水平在尿道膀胱镜检后分别为 (3.0 2± 0 .911)ng/ml、(1.787± 0 .5 0 5 )ng/ml,也显著高于尿道膀胱镜检前的水平 ,分别为(2 873± 0 .997)ng/ml、(1.5 75± 0 .4 98)ng/ml(P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 前列腺增生患者在前列腺操作后应当给予护理干预。 Objective To investigate the effect of prostaticorectal examination and urethrocystoscopy on the change of serum PSA and free prostate specific antigen (FPSA) levels.Methods A total of 32 cases of prostate hyperplasia were divided into prostaticorectal examination group and urethrocystoscopy group. The levels of serum PSA and FPSA were detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA).Results The levels of serum PSA and FPSA after prostaticorectal examination were(3.015±1.072)ng/ml and(1.974±0.678)ng/ml respectively, significantly higher than those before the procedure (2.852±1.027)ng/ml and(1.724±0.596)ng/ml,P<0.005 and P<0.005 respectively. The levels of serum PSA and FPSA after urethrocystoscopy were(3.02±0.911)ng/ml and(1.787±0.505)ng/ml respectively, significantly higher than those before the procedure (2.873±0.997)ng/ml and(1.575±0.498)ng/ml,P<0.005 and P<0.005 respectively).Conclusion Postoperative nursing intervention should be addressed in patients with prostate hyperplasia, especially before blood sampling.
