门诊哮喘患者2262例诊治现状分析及护理对策

Current State of Clinical Diagnosis and Management of Asthma:Analysis of 2262 Cases and Discussion of Nursing Strategy

目的 了解哮喘患者诊治现状 ,制定相应护理措施 ,提高哮喘患者的生活质量。方法 对 2 0 0 1年 12月至 2 0 0 2年 6月在 18个省市 168家医院门诊就诊的 2 2 62名哮喘患者进行了诊治现状调查 ,并对调查结果进行探讨与分析。结果 多数哮喘患者存在下列问题 :( 1)对疾病认识不足 ;( 2 )缺乏良好的遵医行为 ;( 3 )疾病降低了哮喘患者的生活质量 ;( 4 )不良生活习惯是引起疾病发作的主要原因之一。结论 ( 1)做好护理人员培训 ,提高自身业务修养 ;( 2 )掌握沟通技巧 ,做好哮喘患者的健康教育 ;( 3 )与患者建立伙伴关系 ,保障患者的终生随访护理。

Objective To investigate the current state about clinical diagnosis and management of asthmatic patients and to set up corresponding nursing guidelines in order to improve life quality of such patients.Methods A survey was conducted of the current state about diagnosis and management of asthma in 2 262 clinical asthmatic patients from 168 hospitals in 18 provinces between December 2001 and June 2002, the results were analyzed.Results 1)Problems found are as follows: underestimation of the disease;2)a lack of good medical compliance on the part of the patients; 3) decline in life quality due to the disease; and 4) unhealthy lifestyle as the main cause triggering onset of the disease.Conclusion Nursing countermeasures include:1) intensifying training to improve professional quality of nurses;2) acquiring communication skills to better health education in asthmatic patients; and 3) establishing companionship between the nurse and the patient to guarantee lifetime follow-up of patients.
