老年高血压患者药效学知识认知状况与血压控制的关系

Correlation between Pharmacological Knowledge and Blood Pressure Control in Elderly Hypertensive Patients

目的 探讨老年高血压患者药效学有关知识的了解程度对血压控制的影响。方法 对干部门诊 95 5例原发性高血压患者进行问卷调查 ,对其药效学有关知识的掌握程度与血压控制情况进行统计分析。结果 对药效学有关知识了解程度高 ,并按最佳服药时间服药的患者 ,血压控制情况优于了解程度差的患者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 在抗高血压病的健康教育中 ,使患者了解必要的药效学相关知识有助于血压的控制。

Objective To investigate the influence of pharmacological knowledge about antihypertensive drugs on blood pressure control in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods Nine hundred and fifty-five elderly hypertensive patients who visited the out-patient department were investigated by questionnaire.Their master of pharmacological knowledge and state of hypertension control were analyzed.Results Those patients who had more pharmacological knowledge about antihypertensive drugs and insisted on taking the medicines at the optimal time achieved better blood pressure control than those who didn’t (P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to teach hypertensive patients to master more pharmacological knowledge about hypertension in health education, which can help them get a better blood pressure control.
