摘要
通过对黑河水利枢纽工程混凝土骨料生产过程中富余的大量20~40mm砾石与砂子在不同掺和比例下的试验研究,结合试验数据,应用Matlab作出了不同垫层料的掺砂率与松填密度、孔隙率及休止角之间的关系曲线。研究表明,选择砾石和砂子掺和料时,采用松填密度最大、孔隙率最小情况下所对应的掺砂率作为上游围堰的垫层料,沉降量较小,而且是稳定的。因而,提出了利用富余砾石的方法。
In this paper, the means of taking advantage of margin 20~40mm ballast is brought forward. The ballast and sand will be mixed by different admix proportion in concrete aggregate processing of the hydrodynamic engineering of Heihe. In the experiment, Matlab language is applied. Investigation indicates that the mixture of ballast and sand may be served as bedding stuff at the loosest mixture density and the last porosity of mixture, when settlement is less and the bedding stuff is steady.
