An Analysis on Urban Community Welfare and Its Feasibility

摘要 随着我国社会经济的快速发展 ,社会福利制度的改革 ,寻找社会福利的新型依托主体势在必行。所谓社区福利包含着 5个方面的内容 ,对这些内容的描述就构成了社区福利的定义。社区及其功能与社区福利制度的宗旨和目标的相一致决定了建设社区福利的可行性 ,而社会政策的发展趋势 ,及中国历史文化传统构成了社区福利建设的现实基础。
