复合微生态制剂对肉仔鸡肠道菌群及抗氧化机能的影响 被引量:60

摘要 将160只一日龄健康艾维因肉仔鸡随机分成四组,其中三组在饮水中添加不同益生菌组合的复合微生态制剂,分别抽样测定其在7、14、21、28、35、42、49日龄时盲肠内容物菌群的数量和血清中SOD、GSH-PX、MDA的活性。结果表明:复合微生态制剂组与对照组比较显著地增加了肠道内乳杆菌、肠球菌的数量,同时显著地降低了肠道内大肠杆菌的数量;另一方面复合微生态制剂能显著提高肉仔鸡血清中SOD、GSH-PX的活性,降低血清中MDA的含量,明显提高机体的抗氧化机能,增强了肉仔鸡的抗病力。 One hundred and sixty broilers were divided randomly into four groups.Three groups drinked water added different compound probiotics.We determined the number of the intestinal bacteriathe activity of SOD,GSH-PX and the concentration of MDA in the blood at 7,14,21,28,35,42,49 day.The results showed that the compound probiotics could significantly increase the number of the dominant bacterio-groups such as Lactobacillus,Enterococcus.On the other hand,it could significantly raise the activity of SOD,GSH-PX in the blood and reduce the density of the MDA,with a promoted function of anti-disease and anti-oxidation.
