摘要
实验以轻烧氧化镁和锆英石为原料,采用湿法共磨工艺,合成了镁锆质熟料。并以此为主要原料研制了镁锆铬质浇注料。实验证明,镁锆铬质浇注料的抗渣侵蚀能力、抗渣渗透能力较高。
Magnesia-Zircon clinkers were synthesized using light-burned magnesia and zircon as starting materials by wet grinding processes in this work.Magnesia-zircon-Chrome castables were prepared using prereacted grain as main materials on the base of the above researches.The experiment results show that the resistance of magnesia-zircon-chrome castable to corrosion and penetration of slag are higher.
