Major Problems in and Countermeasures for Teaching Staff Construction of Non-governmental Colleges and Universities in Jiangsu

我省民办高等教育在迅速发展的同时 ,比较突出且普遍存在招生难、找好教师更难的问题。本文分析了我省民办普通高等教育的师资队伍现状 ,并针对教师队伍建设中的主要困难和问题 ,提出了相应的措施。

Have being developed rapidly,non-governmental higher education in Jiangsu generally and mainly exists difficulties in the aspects of recruiting students and seeking good teachers. The paper analyzes the present conditions of teaching staff of non-governmental higher education in Jiangsu,and puts forward countermeasures in the light of principal problems in the teaching staff construction.
