摘要
目的 :研究舌慢适应传入纤维终止于三叉神经脊束核和三叉神经感觉主核形成突触的类型及突触各组成部分出现频率的差异 ,为神经生理学研究和神经解剖学研究提供参考资料。方法 :用猫作为试验动物 ,采用确定部位和功能的传入纤维进行细胞内注射 ,电镜连续切片观察技术。结果 :1.猫舌慢适应传入纤维终止于三叉神经脊束核形成的突触以中间型为主 ;2 .猫舌慢适应传入纤维终止于三叉神经感觉主核形成的突触以复杂型为主 ;3.形成三联体的数目及形成突触的各组成部分出现的频率 ,三叉神经感觉主核相对较高。结论 :三叉神经感觉主核是舌的主要终止核团。
To study the types of the synaptic connections of the slow adapting (SA) lingual sensory afferent terminals in the nucleus of spinal trigeminal tract (VS) and principal trigeminal nucleus (VP), and the frequencies of the synapses occrrence. That contributes to researches of neurophysiology and neuroanatomy. Methods: Combination of the intracellular injection and the serial ultrathin sections with a electron microscope techniques. Results: Most synaptic types of SA lingual afferent terminals in the VS were intermediate, and in the VP were complex. The number of triplet synapses and frequencies of the synapses occrrence were mainly found in the VP. Conclusion:Lingual sensory afferent fibers mainly terminate in the VP.
