高校毕业生就业形势分析和对策研究

Situation Analysis and Countermeasure Study on the Employment of Graduates from Colleges and Universities

随着社会主义市场经济的建立与完善,国家对高校毕业生就业由"统包统分"转向"自主择业"、"双向选择"。这给高校毕业生提供了前所未有的良好机遇,也带来了更严峻的挑战。新的形势和新的挑战要求我们必须用新的视角观察思考问题,积极探索市场经济条件下就业工作的新思路。通过对高校毕业生就业形势的分析,提出了毕业生就业工作的对策和建议。

With the establishment and perfection of the socialism market economy, the state monopoly for assignment of college graduates has been changed to two-way selection. This will provide many good opportunities for college graduates and challenges as well. New situations and challenges requires us to ponder over the problem in new visual perspective. And new ways of employment under the socialism market economy must be found. Through analyzing of the situation of the employment, this paper brings forward some solutions and proposals about the employment of college graduates.
