高校后勤工作是学校正常运转的保障,要搞好后勤服务就必须加强后勤管理,就必须加强职业道德建设,努力提高后勤职工素质。加强后勤管理,还要加强对资产及设施的管理,提高办学效益。

Logistic service work is the guarantee for the normal operation of colleges and universities. To better logistic service, logistic management must be strengthened, professional ethics must be built, and the qualities of the workers in the logistic service must be improved.
