中国城镇化战略发展研究

Study on the Strategic Development of Urbanization in China

以粮食、土地和城镇化加速 3个基本问题论述为前提 ,从国际上城镇化的发展阶段的角度研究分析了中国城镇化发展现状和问题 ,然后针对中国城镇化发展和改革的三大突破口 :收入分配政策与第三产业发展、农民流动就业与社会保障制度建设、城市居民“房改”与城市土地制度改革的选择 。

Firstly, this paper discusses the three basic problems of grain, land and speeding of urbanization. Secondly, it studies and analyzes the status quo of and problems in the urbanization in China in the perspective of the developing stages of urbanization in the world. Finally, it puts forward advice on the study of this program in view of the three break-through points in the development and reform of the urbanization in China: distributing policy of incomes and tertiary industry development; peasants' mobile employment and the construction of social security system; and the alternatives between 'housing reform' for urban residents and the reform of urban land system.
