摘要
针对目前我国星级饭店业全行业亏损的情况 ,以饭店的成本构成及消费者市场的差异为突破口 ,论证了饭店业差别定价是使饭店达到利润最大化定价方法之一 。
Under the condition of the whole unprofitable hotel industry and by studying the differences between cost composition and consumer market of hotels, this article demonstrates that to make discrimination price is one of the methods to make the biggest profit in hotel industry, and finally works out the model of discrimination price in hotel.
