摘要
在对社会保险基金法律监督特别是行政监督和社会监督的现状分析基础上 ,看到了当前存在的问题 ,指出了加强社会保险基金法律监督的必要性 。
Based on the analysis on the status quo of the legal supervision over social insurance funds especially, administrative supervision and social supervision, this paper points out the existing problems and the necessity to strengthen the legal supervision over social insurance funds, and puts forward corresponding suggestions accordingly.
