Sticking to the Characteristics of RTVU to Develop Distance Education

特色是事业兴旺的体现。电大特色是对电大实践经验和理论建设的概括和总结 ,是指导电大办学的基本原则和方法。 2 0多年来 ,电大靠坚持自己的特色 ,实现了从第二代远程教育向第三代远程教育的跨越 ,并取得令人瞩目的成绩。当前 ,电大要保持稳步发展 ,仍应坚持从国民经济建设对人才需求的实际出发 ,办出特色 ,创新特色 。

Characteristics embody the prosperity of an industry. The characteristics of RTVU are the generalization of the actual experience and theoretical building of RTVU and are the fundamentals of guiding RTVU to run school. For more than 20 years, RTVU has been keeping on its own characteristics and has completed the transition from the second generation of distance education to its third generation and has made a spectacular achievement. At present, RTVU should stick to the requirement of talented people by national economical construction, keep on running school, making innovation and advancement with its own characteristics to maintain the steady development of RTVU.
