英语远程学习是运用现代教育技术手段 ,创造语言学习环境 ,学生自主学习 ,达到学习目的一种教育形式。英语远程学习资源还需要进一步完善 ,学习者应根据自己的实际、经济条件、学习习惯和个性 ,充分利用各种学习条件 ,选择适合自己的媒体教材 ,使其功能互补 ,优化学习效果。

Distance English learning is a kind of learning method for learners to achieve their learning objects by the application of modern educational technology and the interactive use of multiple media to create language learning situation and environment and learners’ self-taught and self-regulated learning. At present, the resources of distance English learning needs improving, and learners should make full use of educational technology, various learning conditions and choose suitable media materials that complement each other and optimize their learning according to their actuality, income, learning habit and personality.
