Analysis on reformation of relationship between government and enterprises: the choice approach

本文利用公共选择理论的投票机制对政府推动政企关系改革的利益标尺进行分析,提出以改变投票人决策偏好为切入口,推动预期改革目标的对策。

The article analyzes the causes of problems in functional transformation of government by the voting mechanism. Then, taking the preference shift of voters as a starting point, the author puts forward some proposals to achieve the reform goal.
