摘要
目的 :研究不同温度对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用。方法 :将肝癌腹水型瘤株HepA细胞分为 37℃、4 0℃、4 5℃和 5 0℃ 4个温度组 ,每组又分为 15min、30min、1h和 2h 4个时间亚组。经相应的温度和时间处理后 ,以MTT比色法检测细胞活性。结果 :不同温度对HepA细胞的杀伤作用有所不同。在一定的温度下 ,伴随作用时间的延长 ,细胞死亡率也随之增加。结论 :随着温度的增高和作用时间的延长 ,其对HepA细胞的杀伤作用逐渐增强。4 0℃作用较长时间后 。
Objective:To study the effect of hyperthermia on killing HepA cells. Methods: Divided the HepA cells into four groups (37℃、40℃、45℃ and 50℃) and each group were divided into four subgroups (15 min、30 min、1h and 2 h). After heat treated, the activity of HepA cells was tested by MTT method.Results: The effects of killing HepA cells is different in different temperature. The average death rates of HepA cells, are 16% in 40℃, 51% in 45℃, and 100% in 50℃. Under some degrees of temperature, following the elongation of time, the death rate of cells increased.Conclusions:The increase in the effect of hyperthermia on killing HepA cells follows the increase of temperature and elongation of time. The death rate increased in evidence after treated a long time in 40℃.
