胆石性肠梗阻的诊疗经验

The Experience of Diagnosis and Treatment for Gallstone Ileus

目的 :探讨胆石性肠梗阻的病因、临床表现特点和治疗经验。方法 :对近年来收治的 5例胆石性肠梗阻病例的临床表现及治疗情况进行分析。结果 :5例患者中 1例于术前确诊 ,4例由术中证实 ,均手术治愈 ,无复发。结论 :胆石性肠梗阻临床症状隐蔽 ,如能重视病史 ,仔细分析辅助检查结果 。

Objective:The aim of this study was to discuss the pathogen, clinical symptom and treatment for gallstone ileus.Methods: 5 cases gallstone ileus were analyzed about their clinical symptom and treatment.Results:Only one case were diagnosed before operation. 4 cases were diagnosed during operation. All patients were cured and no relapsed.Conclusions:The clinical symptom of gallstone ileus were cover up, if we can attach importance to history of illness, and analyzed the reports carefully about examine, we would enhance the rate of diagnose before operation.
