摘要
以新疆特产红花籽油和甘油为原料 ,在碱催化剂的作用下合成红花油不饱和单甘油酯 .在 2 .5 h的反应时间里 ,以红花油为关键组分研究了红花油单甘油酯合成的宏观动力学模型 .结果表明 ,红花油单甘油酯合成反应动力学表现为准一级反应 。
The unsaturated monoglycerid ester in safflower oil is synthesized with glycerin and Xinjiang local safflower oil in the presence of the NaOH catalyst. Within 2.5 hours, the macrokinetics is studied by using safflower oil as key component in reaction system.It shows that the reaction macrokinetics is a quasi firstclass. The kinetics models are obtainad in different time.
