摘要
4椿家蚕白僵菌(Bb1、Bb2、Bb3和Bb4)在不同培养基上的菌落生长速率和产孢量有较显著差异,菌丝生长速率与产孢量呈负相关。Bb2生长速率最快,Bb3产孢量最多。在PDA培养基上产孢量最少,其培养物对蚕幼虫的毒力较弱;而在CPDA培养基上产孢量最多,其培养物的毒力最强。4种菌株最适生长温度在25—30℃之间。菌株Bb1和Bb2最适生长pH值为5.0,Bb3和Bb4的最适生长pH值均为6.0。
Growth rates and spore productions of four Beauveria bassiana strains(Bb1,Bb2,Bb3 and Bb4), isolated from silkworm larvae, were significant differently on the media. Mycelia growth rates were negative correlation with their spore productions. Bb2 growth rate was fastest and Bb3 spore production was most. Spores growing from CPDA medium showed they were most strongly virulent against silkworm larvae. The optimum growth temperature for their growth ranged from 25℃ to 30℃. Bb1 and Bb2 grew well at pH 5.0, and Bb3 and Bb4 grew well at pH 6.0.
