局部通风掘进工作面热参数的现场测定方法 被引量:5

摘要 巷道表面的湿度系数、显热比和风筒的综合换热系数等参数取值的精确程度,对于模拟和预测掘进工作面热环境是非常重要的。在局部通风巷道中,由于风筒的存在,这些参数的确定非常复杂。作者提出了根据现场测定的风筒内及巷道内风流的温度、湿度及其风量等参数的数值,计算局部通风巷道中巷道壁面的湿度系数、显热比和风筒的综合换热系数的方法,并通过实测获得了这些参数的数值。 The accurate estimation of several thermal parameters is very important for the simulation or prediction of thermal environment conditions in a developing roadway. The thermal values taken in the simulation should be as accurate as possible to reflect the real state where the thermal environment is predicted. In an auxiliary ventilation system, the determination of several thermal parameters such as sensible heat factor ε, witness factor of the roadway surface ﹖ and overall heat transfer coefficient of ventilation duct kd is complicated due to the existence of ventilation duct. The methods for the estimation of the witness factor, the sensible heat factor of roadway surface and the overall heat transfer coefficient of the ventilation duct from the measured air temperature, humidity and airflow are discussed.
