生产矿井改扩建项目环境影响评价的问题探讨

Issue Discussion on Environmental Impact Assessment for Reconstruction (Extension) Projects of a Production Mine

分析和讨论了当前煤矿生产矿井改扩建项目环境影响评价中的环境质量现状评价、环境监测的作用、污染物排放总量、污染因子和生态因子,认为现有的评价导则、规范和方法在许多方面不符合煤矿生产矿井改扩建项目的特点,提出了一些可供参考的设想,并建议编制专门用于生产矿井改扩建项目环境影响评价的规范。

This paper gives an analysis and discussion on the environmental quality status assessment, environmental monitoring effect, total quantity of pollutant discharged, pollution factors and ecological factors in the environmental impact assessment of the reconstruction (extension) project of the production mine. In this paper the author deemed that the current assessment criterion, standards and methods do not comply with the characters of the reconstruction (extension) project of the production mine in many aspects, put forward some ideas for reference and suggested a standard specially used for the environmental impact assessment of the reconstruction (extension) project of the production mine should be drew up.
