摘要按照股权集中程度和第一大股东性质对样本进行分组 ,以及利用多元线性回归的方法对样本公司经营业绩随时间变化的趋势进行的分析表明 ,不同股权结构的股票首次公开发行 (IPO)公司业绩变动存在差异 ,并且。 This paper studies the influence on of ownership structure on IPO corporations' performance variation. Multivariate linear regression is applied to the sample companies grouped by the degree of ownerships concentration and shareholders' characteristics, and variations of IPO corporations' performance over time are analyzed. The result shows that the performance variations of IPO corporations with different ownership structure are different. Our research also explores the difference from the perspective of corporation governance.
